Credit card tips
When you order utilizing our Credit Card Secure Server be sure to include your email address and phone number.  In the unlikely event we have a problem with your order we will contact you via email.  Please check your email for any correspondence or updates.  

When you are entering your billing address be sure to use the billing address as it appears on the credit card statement.  Should we have any questions or need further clarification we will contact you via email.  Please be sure to enter your email address when you order and check it periodically.  When you are entering your credit card number don't forget to update the Expiration Date field.

Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. A credit for unshipped items will be processed when we know an item is sold out. If an item is back ordered, we will notify you (via email) and you can contact us at any time if you would like to cancel, and a credit will be issued.

No problem. There are two ways you can order from us without having to enter your complete credit card number on the Web:

  1. Calling in your card number
    Fill out our order form online. Once you have fully submitted your order, you can call in your card number and expiration date     at 603-964-3012. Even if you can't use our secure server, this option is easy and protects the security of your credit card.
  2. Paying by check or postal money order
    You can select "pay by check" on the order form, and send us a personal check or money order in U.S. dollars for the amount of your order. PLEASE NOTE that currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check. Paying by check does slow down your order, as we don't order your items until your check is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order fifteen business days.

Guarantee Details:

  1. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Kids Shoe Warehouse will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Kids Shoe Warehouse will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Kids Shoe Warehouse while using the secure server.
  2. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
