Kids Shoe Warehouse is offering FREE Outgoing Shipping on Exchanges for shoes purchased through KidsNsites E-Commerce Websites (Check out is through the KidsNsites Shopping Cart).  Just enter your exchange order and select "Exchange - FREE Shipping (7-10 days)" from the shipping region drop down window when you are on the Shopping Cart.  The Shipping Charge will be cleared (press the Recalculate Button if necessary).  Shipping normally should take place in 7-10 days (or  sooner if order is ready).  Shipments will be made from our affiliate Warehouse/Store in North Hampton, New Hampshire as soon as it is ready.  Please note that orders placed through affiliate websites (independent shopping cart/websites) are subject to the terms and policies of the affiliate website and are not covered by the Kids Shoe Warehouse policy.

If you need items sooner then you will need to pay the normal shipping by selecting from the shipping region drop down window "U.S. Normal Shipping (48 contiguous states)" and shipping should take place in 1-3 workdays.    Normal per pair shipping charges will be calculated on the Shipping Charge line.  If you require expedited shipping this option should also be selected since expedited charges (by Brand) are incremental to normal shipping. 

You also can just let us know on the comments line of your order that it is an exchange order and we will credit the shipping charges on your order after it is submitted.  Please note that we now have added additional order security so we cannot add charges to your order (or gain access to your credit card information) so please use the comments line to request order changes (reductions).  If you need additional charges to complete your order it may delay your order.   Please call for any assistance needed.
